Converse store employees have a lot to juggle, and even more to study. New shoes release all the time, some classics end up with changes or revisions, and its tough for store team members to be up to date on this knowledge and appropriately educate customers.
That’s where these videos come in. Converse was looking for a fun way to quickly update team members on some changes to products. Videos that would only take a couple minutes to complete, and build hype for the product.
I was tasked with taking a few lines of text, the product updates- and animating a video that would explain all of it in the most engaging way possible.
The videos had to be short, simple, sweet and fun- and I believe they hit all of those points.
